I just listened to the message and was so encouraged that the students at Belhaven were able to hear this. I was wondering why Dr. Duncan said that James was Jesus’ older brother. I thought that Jesus was the first born. Did he just meant to say it the other way- that Jesus was James’ older brother?
From Dr. Duncan – On the “older brother of Jesus” I simply misspoke. I should have said “the oldest of Jesus’ other brothers” and then my illustration further confused matters!
