The Bot family may look simplistic and unassuming, but beneath their shiny surfaces are dark flashes of super powers that have never been seen in any other.
Bernard-Bot: Bernard-Bot is always looking debonair with his sophisticated mustache that won Betty’s heart. This Bot is a well-rounded individual in more ways than one. In his free time he enjoys singing, Irish dancing, and pet adoption. He is equipped with the extraordinary power of 1 second super strength. Understandably, he drops a lot of things.
Betty-Bot: Tall and stylish, Betty brings the beauty to the Bot family. When she is not spoiling Blair, or tending to Bernard’s accident-inflicted injuries, she likes to comparison shop and utilize her super power, which is the ability to read her own mind.
Blair-Bot: Ever since she was born, Blair has been spoiled as the favored child due to the fact that she is the only one who possesses fingers. No one knows how that happened. This utterly adorable baby Bot astonishes everyone with her ability to communicate with fruit. Her dream is to become a fruit therapist. Everything is just peachy for her.
Bob-Bot: Not only is he stuck with a universally unoriginal name, but Bob-Bot has never been liked by really anyone. He wears a cap even though he can’t play sports. He likes to engage in bratty activities like squishing Blair’s patients and slapping his imaginary friend Billy. He has the super power to revive bugs, but he rarely uses it because he prefers to leave them dead.
Banana-Bot: The Bot’s pet banana, which Blair has legally adopted, lives in constant fear of getting destroyed by Bob. Luckily, he has the ability to become invisible in the nighttime. He is a low-maintenance pet and basically completes the Bot-family.
Jersey Rotwilde was misunderstood growing up. His parents didn’t understand him, but with thirteen kids, he wondered how they got everyone’s name correctly. His hometown didn’t understand him. Jersey didn’t care about the insults or pitchforks; he just wanted to make music. After graduating high school, Jersey found a monster-friendly band at a festival who needed a bass player. He joined in an instant, excited to finally be living his dream. On a cruise ship. It was one of those bands.
During a Mediterranean tour, he met the most beautiful monster in the world, Taura Minokylades. She was a tour guide for the minotaur commune on Crete. They started a very cute long-distance relationship that continued after Jersey’s band went viral and got famous. Jersey shyly proposed to Taura a month after the band’s first single dropped.
They honeymooned in Ireland & even took home a stray Will-o-the-wisp they found lost in a Dublin alley. His name is Padraig. Don’t feed him corned beef.
Taura & Jersey have two children. The oldest, Hob, is a brilliant, but hyperactive ten year old. Taura refuses to give the child Ridalin so Jersey has gotten him to concentrate by building models and simple machines. And cleaning. Boy howdy can that kid push a mop.
Their daughter, Vippy, is five and has decided she wants to be a fairy when she grows up. Jersey and Taura have decided to put off the conversation about the impossibility of that career choice. While normally a very sweet & compassionate girl, she has been sent home twice for turning the class gerbil to stone. (He got better), presumably because he didn’t take kindly to wearing the top hat Vippy made for him.
Over the years, Jersey and Taura have gotten into activism. They run a summer camp in the last forest in New Jersey for monster kids, including their own. Taura coaches soccer & Jersey teaches music. Padraig floats around after dark to help the kids back to their cabins. Every summer, the last forest in New Jersey becomes an exciting place to be, and Jersey Rotwilde understands it perfectly.
ONCE upon a time, there was a lonely witch and her nameless dog whom were outcasted by their little town in Italy because she practiced black magic. What they didn’t know was that the witch was trying to find a cure for a the horrible plague that was being brought on that quaint little town using the pumpkins from her garden.
Here is another fine family.
