I’m so excited its Friday.
This week has gone pretty well.
I went to Reformed University Fellowship (RUF) on Tuesday and I loved it. Its basically singing, and preaching, and just hanging out with a bunch of cool people.
Thursday night a friend drove a couple of us to Cane’s, which if you’re not from around here, is this really good chicken place…like KFC. It was so nice to just get out for a little bit and laugh and have fun away from the stress of school and drama.
OH! So…I want to talk about getting lost in Jackson. I have gotten lost. Actually, both times we left church (First Baptist, Jackson) we turned the wrong way. I love the roads here though, because eventually we find one that we recognize and we can get back. It helps that I always have someone with me who isn’t directionally challenged like me. I just consider it an adventure, because we always find some new cool place we haven’t seen before, and we’re never really in a huge hurry.
I’m off to dinner and a biology seminar!

I know Cane’s! There’s a really nice location up here in Lexington, KY.
Best chicken strips on the planet. Seriously.
In any case, greetings from a prospective Creative Writing major browsing the college’s website!

Oh, and, speaking of which, I find it odd that you’re the only BC student with a blog linked to the main site.
*head scratch*
You’d think the school would like to put up as many as possible–within reason, of course. Especially considering the page heading is in the plural, “Blogs.”
Eh, oh well.
Very nice blog, by the way.

More student blogs coming soon, I promise!

Thanks, Alex!
Means a lot coming from a writing person.
